Pupils with disabilities and statements of special educational need often make exceptional progress because they receive expert support in the centre for children with physical disabilities or in the centre for moderate leaning difficulties. This excellent support enables them to take a full part in school life and to learn alongside their peers and friends in class.
OFSTED Report 2015
The Centre caters for SEN (Special Educational Needs) children whose needs cannot wholly be met by mainstream provision and whom benefit from additional support from extra staffing, both within their own classes and in small group or individual lessons.
The Centre allow children to successfully access the mainstream curriculum, make progress and prepare them for life in and beyond the infant school.
